Petronas Twin Towers
        Petronas Twin Towers, pair of skyscraper office buildings in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, that are among the world tallest buildings. They were designed by the Argentine-born American architect Cesar Pelli and were completed in 1996. The Twin Towers are identical structures that are circular in plan, contain 88 stories of occupiable space, and rise to a height of 451.9m (1483 feet), a figure that includes the 73.6 meter (242 foot) high pinnacle atop each tower . Each tower exterior is sheathed in stainless steel, and a skybridge links the two towers. Upon their completion in 1996, the Petronas Twin Towers were declared the world tallest.

National Museum
        The National Museum is a palatial structure adopting the style of old Malay architecture. Its imposing entrance is flanked by murals depicting aspects of Malaysian culture and history. Inside there are exhibits on local history, culture and traditions, arts and crafts, economic activities, currency, weapons and local flora and fauna. Outside, old locomotives, vintage cars and other relics of transport from days gone by can be found. Reconstructed Malay palaces from other parts of the country also grace the expansive grounds.

Kuala Lumpur Tower
        The Kuala Lumpur Tower (officially known as Menara Kuala Lumpur; referred later as KL Tower) is a tall tower located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and was built in 1995. It is used for communication purposes and features an antenna that reaches 421 m (1,381 ft), which currently makes it the fifth tallest tower in the world. The roof of the pod is at 335 m (1,099 ft). The rest of the tower below has a stairwell and an elevator to reach the upper area, which also contains a revolving restaurant, providing diners a beautiful view of the city. Races are organised yearly where participants race up the stairs to the top.

Petaling Street
        Chinatown Petaling Street is one of Kuala Lumpur most popular tourist destinations. In the evenings, part of the road is closed to traffic and it transforms itself into a bustling night market. A line of stalls come to live in front of the pre-war shops, offering products of every description, from fake leather goods to the obligatory Dunhill watches. The area attracts many locals and visitors in search of bargain items, including inexpensive dresses, shoes, fabrics and souvenirs.
