        JOGOYA flagship Kuala Lumpur formally opens at Relish Floor of Starhill in January 2006. The restaurant has the space of 30,000 square feet with seating for 580 guests. The interior part was designed of a “flowing” concept, with that constructed the whole environment. We select the highest quality foodstuffs, with that our chefs group develop more than 200 kinds of cuisine of Japanese, Chinese, and Western style, all the cuisine is no limited. Furthermore, our dainty china-ware is from the famous Jing Teh Town.

        The long gallery with watering views in the entrance brings a kind of mysterious and elegant atmosphere, through that we settle down the mood then enter the dining space. First come out of sight are different kinds of special dining halls. We provide seats for lovers with amenity, and these seats are movable in case we need more space for business meeting or feast. Besides, we also have VIP Room for special guests, set up with a separated cuisine table and an exclusive chef. The environment with privacy is very suitable for banqueting important guests.

        The buffet restaurant was more fusion towards Oriental cuisine rather than pure Japanese food. Their fresh oysters were great, but overall the food quality was just ok… the sashimi was decent, steamed fishes were good, tempura sucks, other cooked food (dim sum, prawns, crabs, meat etc.) were ok, dessert sucks (except for the ice-cream… you can’t go wrong with Haagen-Dazs).
